These Are Kettlebell Workouts

Are you on the same workout routine constantly, and you're getting tired of it?  Try out some kettlebell workouts for size.  The name might sound goofy, but these workouts are fantastic.  The kettlebell itself has been used for over a century, but it's really gaining a resurgence recently.  What is a kettlebell?  A kettlebell resembles a bowling ball with a handle.  The wonder of the kettlebell and kettlebell workouts is that they actually don't need much space to exercise with and it is the only piece of equipment that you need for many different exercises.

Kettlebell workouts are perfect for getting ripped.  While you are swinging, snatching, rowing, and pressing as you perform kettlebell training with only one kettlebell, there is an imbalance in weight distribution where one side of your body is attempting to maintain balance.  You must keep good form, which causes your abs, your lower back, and your gluts to contract and finally strengthen.

Kettlebell exercises like swinging and snatching, which cause your center of gravity to move around, end up your abdominals resisting rotation and sideways bending.  This causes a contraction of your abs and brace at multiple angles and really tones them and makes them perk up.

You can perform your kettlebell workouts inside without the gym.  It isn't a requirement to have a ton of space to do these workouts, just enough so you don't bump into anything.  You can set up kettlebell exercises as intense as you wish.  A lot can be done in only spending 20 to 30 minutes of your time for kettlebell training.  What is so neat regarding kettlebell workouts is that the exercises can strenghthen your whole body.  And you have the same effect of cardio in a lesser period of time.

Craig Ballantyne has a program called the TT Kettlebell Revolution that individuals are talking up that shows you how to burn body fat and increase your energy levels with just a kettlebell.  You don't have to go to the gym or spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on pieces of awkward equipment that you'll probably abandon after a bit anyway.  Can you really lose weight and feel great with Craig's kettlebell workouts program?  Definitely!
